Hi Ryan's mum, It is okay to use cows milk, but if this is his first time eating whole egg ( yolk & white), I would advise you try him on the whole egg first (maybe hard boiled egg) to make sure he doesn't have any allergic reactions to it. Then try the scrambled egg. Tracey
